Delivery Times:

All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouses, ensuring fast delivery times.

Standard: 3–7 business days (US), 7–14 days (international).

Express: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies).

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Discreet Packaging:

We understand the importance of privacy. All Senselle Bliss products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The shipping label will show "SB Wellness" as the sender.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $50 (US) qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying regulations, we currently only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve more customers globally.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for:
  • Unopened products in their original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided return label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
